At IoT Ni, we strive to provide high-quality smart lighting solutions. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and returns carefully:

  • Cancellations: Once an order (including Pre-Orders) is placed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled by the Client.

  • Returns: All products sold by IoT Ni are non-returnable.

  • Cancellation by IoT Ni: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to component unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

  • Damaged/DOA Products: If a product is received damaged or 'Dead on Arrival', the Client must contact us via Email or WhatsApp with proper video proof within 3 days of delivery for assessment and resolution.

  • Refund Processing: In case of authorized refunds (e.g., cancellation by IoT Ni), the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-10 working days.
